leethal is Lee Meredith

Lee is a maker of things, doer of stuff living in Portland, Oregon with her partner, Pete, and her kitty, Garbanzo. She works at home, spending all of her time writing, designing, making, teaching, spinning, photographing, brainstorming, and creating. (for more about the formation and growth of leethal, see the history page)
Specializing in craft projects using recycled materials, knit accessory design, yarn making, printing, craft writing, and photography, Lee has created leethal.net to not just sell some of her creations, but to be a resource full of patterns, tutorials, inspiration, and ideas!
In addition to writing, designing, and creating for leethal.net, Lee is a member of Trillium Artisans in Portland, teaches craft and knitting classes around town, and writes/designs for other blogs/websites/publications - see the links page for details, and the future page for class schedules.
You can contact Lee via email at leemeredith at gmail dot com...

or on the telephone at (971)-leethal but she prefers email.

Lee has a background in art and photography, with a BA from UC San Diego in media arts, an emphasis in photography, and a minor in studio arts. Having been a life-long crafter, she learned to knit and crochet in college, and crafted for fun while working photography-related day jobs after graduating. As her career shaped itself, all of her loves - crafting, photography, design, art, writing - have become a part of leethal.net!
To share photos of anything you've gotten from leethal, made with leethal yarn, created using a leethal tutorial, or knit from a leethal pattern, join the leethal flickr group! (If you'd like to share a photo without joining flickr, you can email them to Lee and she can add them.)

leethal.net is entirely designed and coded by Lee, copyright 2009/10. Thanks to lytebox for photo viewing, sharethis for the sharing buttons, response-o-matic for the feedback form, javascript-array for the drop-down menu code.
